王雷，华中科技大学生物信息学博士以及计算机科学与技术流动站博士后。主要从事人工智能与生物信息学、生物大模型、农药分子设计、蛋白质/RNA结构与功能预测、肽药物智能设计等方向研究。

围绕蛋白质与生物大模型，开发了ProtFlash、NeuroPred-PLM、DeepNeuropePred、ProtFormer-Site、SSAlign等模型与工具。相关成果发表于Cell Reports Physical Science、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Journal of Molecular Biology、Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal、Interdisciplinary Sciences: Computational Life Sciences 等期刊，以及IEEE BIBM等国际会议。欢迎本科生或者研究生加入实验室交流学习，探索人工智能在生物信息学和农药分子设计研究中的应用。
