研究领域涵盖金属有机化学、配位化学和均相电催化等学科，聚焦于合成化学与能源转化的交叉领域。重点关注能源小分子和含氧酸根离子的活化与转化，以分子催化剂为平台，揭示这些反应的基本规律，并构建高附加值化合物。
研究方向包括：
1.生物酶催化活性中心的化学模拟;
2.过渡金属配/簇合物的合成及其在H2、O2、NH3、CO和含氧酸根离子等转化中的应用。
