男,19668出生。现任华中师范大学教授、博士生导师。

主要研究领域:具有生物活性的新型杂环化合物的合成膦亚胺叶立德化学、农药分子设计与合成2014湖北省自然科学等奖完成人)、2006教育部自然科学一等奖第四完成人)、2006湖北省自然科学一等奖完成人)、2000湖北省自然科学等奖完成人)。

Research Fields and Interests

Our research interestis focused onHerterocyclic Chemistry, Organophophosphorus Chemistry and Pesticidal Chemistry, especially onnew synthetic method for biologically active heterocyclic compounds. The main research content is as follows:  

1. Synthesis of potentially biological active herterocyclic compounds via aza-Wittig reaction or catalytic aza-Wittigreactions.We have developed several efficient synthetic methods for various heterocycles and fused heterocycles. These heterocycles include 4H-imidazol-4-ones, 4(3H)-quinazolinonoes, thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones, oxazoles, benzimidazoles, thiazoles, pyrimidines, imidazoles, etc. Further synthesis of other new heterocyclic system by using I-MCR/aza-Wittig sequence is still on progress.  

2. Design and synthesis of new heterocycles with potential fungicidal activities. The fungicidal activities of triazole compounds with sterol inhibitory activity, imidazole compounds with mitochondrial respiratory inhibitoryactivity and new lead compounds with potent inhibitive activity on Scytalone Dehydratase of rice blast fungi are investigated and some of lead compounds are found. The relationship between biological activities and structure of the heterocycle is also our interest.
